On June 12th and 13th, our team had the incredible opportunity to participate in a transformative Intercompany Training Day focused on Eliminating Blind Spots and Driving Leadership. This dynamic and engaging session was thoughtfully designed and led by our founder, David J. Zumpano, Esq., who brought his passion for personal and professional development to the forefront.

The goal of the training was to equip our team with the tools and insights necessary to become stronger, more self-aware leaders—both within our firm and in the way we serve you, our clients.
